1. General Terms

By purchasing tickets or using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of DNB XL events and services provided by Edit Media.

2. Event Information

DNB XL presents premium drum & bass events in various locations:
Events: London Edition, Amsterdam Events, and more
Dates & Times: Check individual event tickets for details
Venues: Premium venues in London, Amsterdam, and worldwide
Age Restriction: 18+ only (ID required at all events)

3. Ticket Purchase and Payment

• All ticket sales are final - no refunds except as required by law
• Tickets are limited per event and may include merchandise as specified
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in EUR or GBP depending on event and include applicable taxes
• You will receive a confirmation email with QR codes for entry

4. Entry Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID required (18+ only)
• Valid ticket (physical or digital QR code) required
• Entry may be refused for intoxication or inappropriate behavior
• Security searches may be conducted at entry
• Re-entry is not guaranteed

5. Prohibited Items and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption
• Weapons, dangerous items, or glass containers
• Professional recording equipment without permission
• Aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
• Unauthorized selling or distribution of items

6. Liability and Safety

• Attendance is at your own risk
• We are not liable for personal injury, theft, or damage
• Follow all venue safety guidelines and staff instructions
• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times
• Report any safety concerns to venue staff immediately

7. Event Changes and Cancellation

• We reserve the right to change lineup, schedule, or venue if necessary
• In case of cancellation, refunds will be provided as required by law
• We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs
• Force majeure events may result in cancellation without liability

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and branding are owned by Edit Media
• Personal photography for non-commercial use is permitted
• Commercial use of event content requires written permission
• Live streaming or recording is prohibited without authorization

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. By purchasing tickets, you consent to necessary data processing for event management and communication.

10. Merchandise and T-Shirts

• T-shirts and merchandise are included with ticket purchase
• Size availability is subject to stock
• Merchandise exchange may be available at the event
• No refunds for merchandise dissatisfaction

11. Hemp Carbon Capture Initiative

Donations to our hemp carbon capture initiative are voluntary and non-refundable. 100% of proceeds support environmental sustainability projects.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in Amsterdam courts. If any provision is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
